Match report 58 from Sweaty Junior, and a stand of 58 for the 7th wicket between Dikey and Lewis took us to 192, which gave us a fighting chance against title chasing Poole. Some tight bowling kept us in the game right up until the last over, Tom Perkins taking 3-26 and Howard 2-42, but Poole's experience saw them over the line with just 4 balls and 2 wickets to spare. Congratulations to Stu Sweatman for passing 4,000 first team runs, a landmark previously reached by very few!
