Match report An enjoyable, if not very successful, league season came to an end with a defeat at Ashmore, although we by no means disgraced ourselves. Having won the toss for only the 2nd time in 12 attempts, Robbie Knight elected to bat, and largely thanks to Bushy's 77 we were able to reach 161 all out. Ashmore were cruising in reply at 93-0, but Simon Ryall ripped through the top order to reduce them to 105-4 and we thought we had a chance. However, they hung on and lost only one more wicket chasing the total. More importantly, we enjoyed an excellent end of season curry afterwards.
