Undertake ‘Member Survey’

By membership questionnaire

Questionnaire and means of communication to members

Working Party to compile questionnaire (partly completed) and investigate best way to circulate (website, email, Whatsapp, survey monkey?)

If survey is completed, response rate is good and conclusions can be gathered.

Renovate nets and non-turf artificial pitch

Obtain quotes, raise funds, appoint ECB-approved contractor.

Loan support from ECB to spread cost over several years and make up cost in addition to funding provided by Club.

Apply for ECB loan

End 2019

If nets and NTP have been renovated by start of 2020 season.

Under-7s to play more matches in 2019

Work with NDCA to promote U7s games and communicate with other local like-minded clubs.

Opposition willing to play U7 friendly matches.

If games have been played. Aim to have at least 3 x Under-7 games.

Enter junior indoor teams in winter North Dorset League (to include girls team)

Increase number of coaches in Junior Section

Appeal to membership via email, via website, via social media and at AGM. Speak directly to target individuals. Investigate feasibility of ‘All Stars’ programme involvement for 2019.

 

Main resource is existing membership and new members/parents in junior section. Committee will need to provide support. Coach education resources via DCB will be required for new coaches.

If we have new volunteers in post;

Junior coaches / team managers (particularly at u7/u9 ages)

Start Women’s Soft Ball group and potentially hold festival

Coordinate interested junior section mums, hold taster sessions in winter/spring. Seek support from DCB.
