Match report The Reds unbeaten run in the league came to a disappointing end at Marnhull last night. Despite getting off to a confident start with Ben Woodhouse (12) and Oliver Legg (31) hitting a comfortable 43 between them, some indecison between the wickets and tight bowling from Marnhull restricted us to 94. With Marnhull then going into bat with a fast outfield from the persistant drizzle in the first innings, we struggled to make any real headway with their two openers both retiring on reaching 30. Although we dismissed their middle order with some encouraging bowling from Ollie Chant(2-25), our fielding let us down on several occasions giving away far too many runs, resulting in Marnhull reaching 95 with 3 overs to spare.
