Match report 7 out of 8 now for the 3's as they completed a 4 wicket win away at Cranborne 2nd's. Cranborne won the toss and elected to bat and put on 82 for the first wicket, however Chris, Jules, Henry and Joe all bowled pretty well to keep the rate at a manageable 4 an over. H snr tightened the screw taking 2-8 from 7 and then Josh Yorke ripped through the lower order taking 5-20 and Cranborne were reduced to 164 ao. Not the best start in reply losing 3 wickets for 23 before H snr joined Joe Atkins and pushed the score onto 82 before H snr (35) tried to hit a full bunger into next week and toed it to cow. Joe went onto to complete an excellent half century before falling for 59. This brought together Ollie Dowding (26no)and Herb (10no) who batted with great maturity to see the boys home in the 28th over. A really good team performance fellas!
