Match report A great evening led to a very useful friendly, give experience to players in different roles! Stalbridge batted first and but the bowling to the sword! We had 2 players retire not out, Josh (33) and Marcus (33) with both finishing with sixes! Matt C (13), Ben (15) and Matt W (18) also making really good contributions Sherborne got off to a steady start not help by the meanness off our bowling attack. Sam (1-11) got the wicket taking under way with a neat c+b in the fifth over and then Luke E (2-11) took his first 2 wickets at U13 level in his first over. James (3-17) opened up with a double wicket maiden before taking his third with the final ball of the game, with Sherborne ending on 110-6.
A comfortable win but also a very good training exercise.
