Match report First home match of the season for the 2's ended with a defeat against a strong Branksome side. The visitors batted first and piled up a formidable 284-8 but credit to our young bowling attack who stuck at it against a good batting line up. Jasper Hodgson was the pick of the bowlers taking 3-30 from his 9, Leggy came back strong taking 2-50 and Lews Hunt bowled some great deliveries picking up 2-48. It was always going to be a tall order chasing this one down but Charlie Hodgson went out hard with a brisk 22, Matt Chant top scored with 51 and despite good knocks from Jasper (36) and Ian Moore (30) The Bridge were all out for 184.
