Seb (19) made a solid start to the innings and was supported by knocks of 19 by Steve, 27 by senior sweaty and an excellent 35 on debut by Matt. Si struck in the 10th over the Poole reply and finished with figures if 8.3-3-27-3. Poole chipped away at the total building some steady partnerships throughout the chase. Jimmer (8-1-22-2) picked up a couple wickets but Poole reached their target with 5.3 overs to spare. 5 points in defeat take the 1s into their final game of the season at home to Sherborne this Saturday, 1pm start time.
