Match report Away to Blandford for the last U15's game of the season. Stalbridge batted first loosing three early wickets with only 8 runs on the board. Ferg & Matt W steadied things down taken the runs to 113 before Ferg was caught for 24. Toby came in to finish off the remaining overs hitting 14 of a hand full of balls. Matt Williams was caught on the last ball of the innings for 47, great batting performance on his last junior game.
Blandford started with 8 players and while fielding had a couple of injuries, thanks to Max & Henry for helping them out in the field! Toby asked if he could field rather than take wicket for the game so Doug to over. Toby opened the bowling with a wicket on his first ball and another in his second over, this second wicket was caught behind by Doug and most likely secured us the result as it was Blandord's star batsman that other teams have been talking about all season. Matty Plummer bowled well for his last game as a junior
Great performance by all tonight and throughout the season. Good luck to Matt W & Matty P next year in seniors
