Match report 2nd game in 4 days......world cup fever. This time we travelled to Shillingstone. On winning the toss we elected to bowl. This proved to be a excellent decision with the Shillingstone innings ending on 191 for 11. This was a fantastic effort by all with Harry Lewis ending with impressive figures of 4 for 2 from his 2 overs. In reply we ended on 347 for 3 with contributions from all. Special mention to Harry Clothier (U9) making his debut for the U11s and having a great game particularly with the ball conceding on 3 runs from his 2 overs. Also to Alfie who got rid of his wicket keeping gloves half way through the innings to bowl and picking up a wicket. The result meant that’s 5 wins from 5. Lets keep up the hard work and see where the season takes us.
