Stalbridge Cricket Club Won By 103 Runs

Match report On a very cold windy evening the lads played extremly well.
We started with Josh York scoring 19 off the first over! It went on from there.
Josh scored 45, Max Nettley scorched to 45 and extras were next highest, on a very windy night.
The lads went into the field in a frienzy of activity, maybe just to keep warm! but it paid off, notably with George C effecting 2 run outs with direct hits.
All the bowlers bowled well up the hill into the gale especially the u13's who were playing their first u15 game with a larger ball and a longer pitch.....if you can do it under those conditions, you can be very proud of yourselves.
Well done boys we are now in the final at Stalbridge on Thursday 25th July and the next round of the county cup we play the runners up from the West on Tuesday 4th June.
