Stalbridge Cricket Club Sunday TT25 XI v Sherborne on Sun 22 Jun 2014 at 1330hrs
Stalbridge Cricket Club Lost 9 runs

Match report At last a close game for the Sunday team. The bowling and fielding was again excellent to restrict a strong Sherborne team to 182-5, best figures were 2-27 for Simon Ryall, and there was a very casual one handed caught and bowled by Max to get rid of their best batsman. Bushy got us off to a good start with 36, and Max chipped in with 31, but Sherborne's bowling was even tighter than ours and we were left needing 94 off the last 10 overs. This was the ideal opportunity for our flambouyant strokemakers, as Ryall hit a rapid 40, and The Horse an even more rapid 37, including one of the bigger sixes ever seen at the Park. However we ran out of overs, falling 9 short. RDS Brown 1 not out.
