Match report A really enjoyable first league match for the Lions, and a thoroughly deserved win. All the team contributed with bat and ball, and the quality of our bowling and running between the wickets shone in particular. We also batted with good control, especially against Sherborne's one very good bowler who posed a real threat.

We saw fine boundaries hit by Nelson, Charlie and Harry, wickets from Ed, Oscar M and Charlie, while Nattie, Gilbert and Oscar W all scored valuable runs and stayed alert in the field. Our 12th man Joshy was also heavily involved, showing great skills in batting and bowling, and even fielding for both teams!
