Match report A dominant display from the Lions, with good bowling, good batting and good fielding (most of the time!).

Mere made 218-7 batting first, with Nelson taking 3-7 in his two overs and Finley grabbing 1-6. All our bowlers bowled tidily and we conceded many fewer wides and no-balls than in our previous game.

In reply there only looked like one result as the Lions did not lose a single wicket in compiling a total of 320 runs. Again, every batter contributed runs to the total, with Charlie and Nelson starring as our final pair in adding 30 runs off the bat (17 and 13 respectively).
