Match report A much needed win for the first team, and a rare one against Parley, put some daylight between us and the relegation zone. There was a bad start with Sweaty Junior going 2nd ball, but 63 from Jason, 34 from Sweaty Senior, and 23 from Smiley took us to a respectable 218-8 on a tricky Dean Park pitch. Parley got off to a good start, but once the spinners got to work the brakes were soon put on. Dikey 10-4-19-4 bowled superbly, well supported by Frank 10-3-21-1, and George weighed in with 1-27 including the wicket of their county player. There were also 3 fine catches and a stumping for Jason behind the sticks.
