Match report Excellent result. Strong performances from the U/15 contingent saw the Bridge 2's beat Ashmore by 4 wickets. Ashmore batted first and some excellent new ball bowling from Chris and Henners kept the openers in check. The game changed big time when Frank (2-23) bowled the opener who was scoring freely, Jamie at the other end then settled into an excellent groove bowling 9 overs on the bounce taking 4-30 as Ashmore were dismissed for 146. In reply joe went early but Frank hit a quick 31 to get things moving before holing out. Matt came in and caused a bit of damage in the car park with a couple of maximums but played around a straight one also for 31. Netters kept things going with 24 before it was left to George (11no) and Henners (23no) with a couple of clubbed fours to see the boys over the line.
