Match report A change of leadership for today's game and for the remainder of the season with H stepping down and Si taking on the captaincy for the remainder of the season. It was an uncontested toss and Poole elected to field first. Seb and Jimmer opened the innings for Stalbridge and made steady progress putting on 48 before Jimmer was out for 22 in the 22nd over. Seb made 15, H 22, Si 10 and Will 11. Stalbridge struggled to put any established partnerships together after the opening pair and were all out for 118 in 46 overs.

In the reply Stu struck twice in the 7th over finishing with impressive figures of (10-1-28-2) and taking his seasons tally to 21 wickets. The 3rd wicket partnership for Poole added 53 before bradders (8-2-23-1) who bowled a good spell bowled their number 4 batsman. Wiz (1.2-0-12-1) picked up a late wicket for another fielding point with a ball that gripped and hit the top of off stump. Stalbridge take 3 points in defeat and next week are away at Dorchester, 1pm start time.
